Become a partner for the hardest and easternmost fun race in Germany – the Neisse Adventure Race

In the easternmost small town in Germany, people will be running and sweating again in 2023. The hardest and most extreme fun race in the entire Federal Republic is starting! Rothenburg in Upper Lusatia is nestled between the rapid border river Neisse, the adventurous, largest forest area in Europe on the Polish side and a breathtaking floodplain landscape.

Here in a natural idyll, it happens again:

On May 7, 2023, around 500 courageous athletes in teams of 4 and 2 will take to the water: cross-country running along the beautiful Neisse meadows and the easternmost small town in Germany, obstacle courses and a tour on the cool water. The route in the inflatable boat demands everything from the teams: rapids, sand dunes and weirs - this requires skill and strength. As soon as the last weir is made, it's time to get out of the water as quickly as possible and onto our NAR obstacles until the absolute finale: the team skis. The entire team skis on two skis. Here, tact and team spirit are the be-all and end-all right up to the finish line: Done!

The original trail is for diehards,
the light trail is something for families and companies,
The Kids Trail is looking for the NAR Kid 2023 and if you like it more leisurely:
NAR Walk 10km or 30km route.

Neisse Adventure Race 2019

• the 10th, hardest and easternmost fun race in Germany
• 140 teams (participants from the region, Poland, the Czech Republic and Cuba as well as from all over Germany)
• 300 kids took part in the Kids Trail and demonstrated skill, strength and concentration
• Over 2,500 visitors actively cheered on the athletes and enjoyed the supporting program and the culinary offerings
  (2020 had to be canceled due to corona, 2021 & 2022 NAR WALK)
